DISABLED PERSONS PERMIT
Applications and plastic hang type permits are available in the Village Office. To obtain a permit you need an application certified by a physician, or a dated certification letter from your physician on official stationary stating a permanent or temporary disability as well as a valid driver’s license or non-driver ID.
