The Village of Dexter Planning Board will hold a special meeting and public hearing on Monday, May 12, 2025 at 6:30pm, in the Conference Room of the Municipal Building located at 509 Liberty Street, to hear comments on a special use permit application submitted by JoCinda Evans proposing to open a gift shop at 137 Canal Street. (Gift Shop currently located at 107 Water Street. 137 Canal Street would offer more square footage). Anyone needing special accommodations to participate in the hearing, please notify the Village Office at least 3 days prior to the hearing at 315-639-6260.
